FAQ’S

  • The EMS full-body workout contracts over 90% of muscle fibres simultaneously. This beats conventional strength training because it targets deeper muscles.

EMS activates muscle fibres in a non-regular order, allowing intense training from the start. This accelerates muscle fibre growth. EMS training produces faster results in less time.

  • We have had clients report seeing significant improvements in as little as two weeks.

After ten sessions of consistent training and a healthy diet, you should start to see some impressive results.

  • Our clients say it feels like a gentle vibration, and with each pulse, they can feel their muscles contract. You decide how hard you want to work and what feels good to you. Your certified trainer can make each pulse stronger, or if you want a more gentle workout, he or she can alter the intensity of each pulse at any time.

  • 1×20 Minutes per week is all you need to start seeing results. Some clients chose to do 2×20 sessions per week which are the maximum sessions per week allowed as you must allow your muscles time to recover

However, before anything else, we strongly suggest consulting with your primary care physician.

  • After having a caesarean section, it is strongly suggested that you discuss the possibility of EMS training with your primary care physician first. If your doctors gives you the all-clear to begin exercising, you can usually do so between six and eight weeks after giving birth.
